• Account: full name, email address and profile photo (optional).
• Pets: name, breed, species, date of birth, photo and medical history (vaccines, vet visits, treatments).
• Location: approximate location to show nearby walks, shelters, vets and danger alerts.
• Social sign-in: name and email provided by Google or Apple if you use that method.
• Notifications: push notification token to send you relevant alerts.
• User content: walks, danger alerts, comments and published photos.
• Usage data: app interactions to improve the service.
• Payments (where applicable): transaction data managed by the payment processor. We do not store card details.
• Advertising (where applicable): device identifiers and usage data to show relevant ads via third-party ad networks.

3. Purpose

• Operating and maintaining the service.
• Managing your account, profile and pets.
• Showing nearby walks, shelters, vets and danger alerts.
• Sending relevant push notifications.
• Showing affiliate product links and recommendations (Amazon Associates, Awin and similar networks).
• Displaying personalised or non-personalised ads via ad networks (when enabled).
• Processing payments and subscriptions (when available).
• Improving the application through usage analytics.

4. Legal Basis

Contract performance, legitimate interest, and consent where applicable (especially for personalised advertising and pet health data).

5. Data Storage

Data is stored using Supabase (EU infrastructure). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

My Paw may integrate or use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In: authentication.
• Expo / Supabase: infrastructure and notifications.
• Amazon Associates / Awin and similar networks: affiliate programme for product recommendations.
• Ad networks (where applicable): to display ads in the application.
• Payment processors (where applicable): to manage subscriptions and purchases.
• Veterinary services (where applicable): to facilitate appointments or consultations with vets and clinics.

7. Affiliate Links

My Paw participates in affiliate programmes (Amazon Associates, Awin and similar). When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Links are clearly identified as recommendations.

8. Advertising

My Paw may display third-party ads. These networks may collect device identifiers and usage data to personalise ads. You can limit personalised advertising through your device's privacy settings.

9. Location

Location is requested to show nearby content. It is not continuously stored or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

10. Pet Health Data

Your pets' medical history (vaccines, treatments, vet visits) is stored privately and only accessible by you. It is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except when you choose to share it with a vet through the app.

11. Push Notifications

We use Expo Push Notifications. You can disable them at any time from your device settings.

12. Payments

Transactions are processed through secure providers (App Store, Google Play or others). We do not store credit card data.

13. Retention

Data is retained while your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

15. Minors

My Paw is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.

You agree to use My Paw lawfully and responsibly, without harming other users or the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. User-Generated Content

By posting content (walks, alerts, photos), you confirm you have the necessary rights and that the content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law, and is not false or harmful.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false information or fraudulent alerts.
• Harassing, threatening or harming other users.
• Using the platform for unauthorised commercial purposes.
• Attempting to access other users' data.
• Manipulating or interfering with the service.

5. Affiliate Links

My Paw may display affiliate links to third-party products. Purchases are the user's responsibility and governed by the seller's terms. My Paw is not responsible for third-party products or services.

6. Third-Party Services

When My Paw provides access to third-party services (vets, shops, clinics, etc.), the contractual relationship is directly between the user and that third party. My Paw acts only as an intermediary.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features, when available, will be governed by the specific terms of each product. Payments are processed through App Store or Google Play.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability or absence of errors. We are not responsible for content posted by users or for third-party products and services accessible from the app.

10. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend or discontinue app features at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts under applicable regulations.

1. Paid Features

My Paw may offer premium features, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Specific details will be provided at the time of purchase.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play and are subject to their terms. We do not store card data.

3. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through your store settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the App Store or Google Play policy.

6. Right of Withdrawal

By starting a subscription or digital purchase, you agree that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service is activated.

My Paw is a mobile application and does not use cookies in the traditional sense. This website may use technical cookies necessary for its operation, as well as third-party analytics and advertising tools.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data in two ways:

• Directly from the app, in the profile section.
• By emailing privacy@awsdgamesapps.com

We will process your request within 30 days.
