4. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false information, cheating or fraudulent behaviour.
• Harassing, threatening or harming other users.
• Using the platform for unauthorised commercial purposes.
• Attempting to access other users' data.
• Manipulating or interfering with the service.

5. Third-Party Services

When NotMe provides access to third-party services, the contractual relationship is directly between the user and that third party. NotMe acts only as an intermediary.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features, when available, will be governed by the specific terms of each product. Payments are processed through App Store or Google Play.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability or absence of errors. We are not responsible for content posted by users or for third-party products and services accessible from the app.

9. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend or discontinue app features at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts under applicable regulations.

NotMe may offer premium features, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Specific details will be provided at the time of purchase.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play and are subject to their terms. We do not store card data.

3. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through your store settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the App Store or Google Play policy.

6. Right of Withdrawal

By starting a subscription or digital purchase, you agree that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service is activated.

NotMe is a mobile application and does not use cookies in the traditional sense. This website may use technical cookies necessary for its operation, as well as third-party analytics and advertising tools.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data in two ways:

• Directly from the app, in the profile section.
• By emailing privacy@awsdgamesapps.com
